Industrial Building Painting

Paul Davis construction contracted Industrial Painting solutions Inc. to pressure wash and paint a building on Armenia Avenue in Tampa, FL.  This 5000 square foot building caught fire and burnt the ceiling, rafters and walls.  Getting rid of the smoke smell was of the utmost importance for the new tenant. Sherwin Williams provided primer lock epoxy that coated all of the material and locked in the smell.  One coat and the problem was fixed.  When dealing with this type of disaster restoration, it is important to pressure wash the excess soot off of the structure before painting.  IPS coated the structure with Simple Green solutions three times and pressure washed the structure before it was painted.
