Restoration Hardware Steel Structures

080 Studio located in Tampa, FL is an industrial steel design and build company. O8O Studios contracted Industrial Painting Solutions to prepare 52 raw metal steel structures for Restoration Hardware’s new West Palm Beach retail store. This was a challenging project, not only for the multi step process in preparing the metal, but for the size of the steel pieces. The large balconies weighed roughly 2000 lbs each and were 15-20 foot long.  Our telescoping forklift made easy work of the process and we were able to pick each piece from the sandblast rack and move them to the paint shop with ease.

Products to be prepared:

  1. Steel Juliette Balconies
  2. Steel Guardrails
  3. Steel Awning Frames
  4. Aluminum Awning Louvers
